Anyone know the formula for changing the USGS gauge to the bridge gauge?

Or if there is not scientific formula does anyone know what the following relative bridge gauge depths equate to the USGS?

2 ft
2.5 ft
3 ft
3.25 ft

Thanks in advance

Gauge Information
Name    Range    Difficulty    Updated    Level
CHEAT RIVER AT ALBRIGHT, WV
usgs-03070260    11.00 - 15.00 ft    III-IV    00h47m    13.26 ft (running)

Corresponds roughly to 3.25-5.0' at the Bridge. Gauge has been fixed

Says it right on AW's page ......http://americanwhitewater.org/content/River/detail/id/2347/
