Does anyone know the current level of the canal there in order to use the canal as a run back from Pennyfield Lock after doing the river?  Is it useable?

I was out on the C+O Canal on 28 April - it was very full - also checked at Pennyfield - also full - and full below, presumably to Swains Lock.
