CLUB POLICY ON OUTINGS AND RELEASE: Club outings are cooperative adventures among participants. However, as with many recreational activities, the activities the Club engages in carry risk. Each individual member of the Club (or of the member is a minor, that minor's parent or legal guardian) is responsible for judging his or her own skill level and for evaluating his or her own ability to safely assume the risk of participation. By joining the Club or by participating in any Club activity, you release the Club and its officers, directors, members, guests and trip coordinators from any and all claims for damages arising out of any bodily injuries (including death) attributed to or resulting from any accident, any negligent act or omission, or any intentional act intended to promote your safety or well-being.
